Touareg Race 45mm
4/5
The verdict
Average of 1 expert review →Reviewers liked
- A very respectable weight
- Fantastic intermediate, all-round gravel tyre
- Some of the most affordable ‘performance’ gravel tyres
- Can be ridden hard like an MTB tyre
Watch out for
- Performance drops at higher pressures (35psi & up)
- Durability is not there; very susceptible to cutting
- Not as spritely as the Caracal Race
- Caracal is still faster in most scenarios
