“Advent MX hits a very convincing sweet spot for riders who prioritise reliable gearing over cutting-edge complexity”
- +Impressively quiet and stable under load
- +crisp, positive shifting with strong multi-shift performance
- +practical durability and usability
- −Noticeable jump into the 50t bailout gear
- −XD freehub cassette installation is fiddly
- −won’t suit weight-conscious or cadence-focused racers
